Tanks Reinforced with Durable Materials
The wire drawing and coating baths we produce are made of PP (Polypropylene) and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) materials.
The excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance of these materials ensure long-lasting performance in industrial applications.
To increase the durability of the baths, reinforcement frames made of carbon steel or AISI304 or AISI316 stainless steel are used, thus ensuring safe operation and long-term use.

Barat Industrial Plastic Engineering also assembles the bathrooms it produces in your facility. All necessary equipment, pump installations and pipelines are manufactured on-site. In addition, the necessary ventilation and gas washing system design and manufacturing are also carried out.
In hot applications, the outer surface of the tank is covered with suitable insulation material and the bath temperature is maintained. Covers are also applied over bathrooms.
The insulation is covered with the same material as the tank, PP and HDPE.
