General Scope of the Law

Under the Law, we are referred to as the “Data Controller”. Within the scope of the Law, “Data Processing” refers to any operation performed on personal data, whether entirely or partially, by automatic means or non-automatic means as part of any data recording system, including collection, recording, storage, updating, classification, sharing with third parties permitted by legislation, or transferring to them.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

We process your personal data within the scope of our relationship established due to the products and services you will receive from us under the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law:

Article 5/2 (a): where it is explicitly stipulated in the laws,

Article 5/2 (c): where the processing of personal data is necessary for the parties of the contract, provided that it is directly related to the performance of the contract you have signed with us,

Article 5/2 (ç): where it is mandatory for us to fulfill our legal obligations,

Article 5/2 (e): where data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,

Article 5/2 (f): where data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by our Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,

For your sensitive personal data, explicit consent is required under Article 6/2 of the Law.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

To identify your identity, address, and other necessary information in transactions you make,

To communicate important information that needs to be shared with you via your contact information,

To record camera images in our buildings due to workplace security applications,

To plan, audit, and implement corporate sustainability, corporate governance, strategic planning, and information security processes,

To fulfill our administrative and legal obligations and the obligations arising from the contracts we have signed with you.

If necessary, we only share your personal data with persons and institutions permitted under the Law.

What Are Your Rights Under the Law?

You can apply to our Company at any time to:

Learn whether your personal data has been processed, the purpose of processing, and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

Learn the third parties to whom your information is transferred, both domestically and abroad, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Law,

Request correction of your personal data if you believe it is incomplete or inaccurate,

Request deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with Article 7 of the Law,

Request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (c) and (d) to third parties to whom your information has been transferred,

Object to any consequence arising against you due to the analysis of your information by automatic systems or to request compensation if you suffer damage due to your data being unlawfully recorded or used.

If your application for these purposes requires any additional cost, you may need to pay the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your requests will be processed and finalized within the shortest period possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.

To exercise your rights under the Law, you can send your applications in writing via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or from the email address previously notified to and registered with our Company’s system.
