Laboratory Gas Scrubbing System

As part of this project, the existing gas scrubbing systems and ventilation system at the Kaymaz Gold Mine Laboratory in Eskişehir have been disassembled. New exhaust lines with hoods have been installed from the fume hoods and benches and connected to the gas scrubbing system. An air conditioning system has been installed to climate the environment and provide fresh air supply. Allen Bradley automation has been chosen to ensure compatibility with the facility’s operations.

Wet Gas Scrubbing System, Stainless Steel and ATEX

At Roketsan Elmadağ Facility, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning works for wet gas scrubbing systems have been conducted in three different sections. Due to the presence of flammable and explosive gases in the environment, all systems have been manufactured as EXPROOF and certified with ATEX standards. The gas scrubbing systems are entirely made of AISI304L stainless steel. For compatibility with the facility, a Siemens automation system has been preferred.

Emergency Gas Chlorine Neutralization System

An Emergency Gas Chlorine Neutralization System has been manufactured and installed at the Enerjisa Bandırma Power Plant for use in case of chlorine leaks from the chlorine unit. The system automatically detects chlorine leaks and activates the system fan to collect chlorine gas. The collected chlorine gas is neutralized in the gas scrubbing system.

HCl Gas Scrubbing System

A new forced draft gas scrubbing system has been manufactured to replace the existing gas scrubbing system connected to Hydrochloric Acid Storage Tanks. The system has been designed to operate continuously using a constant recirculation method as per customer requirements. All engineering calculations and manufacturing have been carried out by us.

Petkim SOCAR

Macro Etching System

The construction of an additional new building to the existing laboratory building at the İsdemir factory has been completed on a turnkey basis. This project includes the installation of a Macro Etching system, establishment of all chemical storage tanks, surface treatment tanks, and installation of ventilation and wet gas scrubbing system.
